The dam is one of biggest in this area. This fishermen's paradise is just next to the village and offers unforgettable views both in the early hours, when that picturesque sunrise lights shine through the morning mist above the still waters and makes the people stare at the beautiful panorama, as well as late in the afternoon. The roads approaching the dam are mainly dirt tracks crossing the bushes and small nearby forest, which makes it a perfect choice of the families to come spend their weekends camping on the lawns here.
