They are situated on 4 floors and will be offered for sale in a luxury execution, unfurnished, but with an alternative option for purchasing a fully furnished and fitted apartments. Maintenance of the Complex and its Communal Areas

Eskada Beach employs its own staff for maintenance and security. The annual  maintenance charge is 5 EUR per square meter excluding VAT. This include the following services:

Terms of payment:
- EUR 2 000 – deposit to reserve an apartment (non refundable);
- 90%  /first installment/ 15 days after the deposit upon signing of a Preliminary Contract;
- 10 % /second installment/ upon signing the notary deed;

The building company supports other payment methods also.
